I am Ashish Punj. I have been building software and businesses since 1996. GrowTricity is where I bring that experience into a room of eight students and teach the difficult parts myself.

My work has taken me across India, the United States and Mexico. I have worked inside large software systems, built startups and stayed responsible for what happened when real customers used the product.
For ten years, I built and ran Pikkop in Mexico. The logistics platform moved more than one million packages. Today, I continue to build software used in everyday business operations.
I have also taught lawyers, founders, professionals and operators in live cohorts in Mexico and Chandigarh. GrowTricity brings that experience into one small, in-person classroom.

When did you begin working in software?
I began in 1996. My experience covers software, startups and business operations across India, the United States and Mexico.
Will you teach the classes yourself?
Yes. I teach the GrowTricity classroom directly. I do not hand the batch to a junior trainer.
Have you used this teaching approach outside India?
Yes. I taught the practical AI methods behind GrowTricity to professional cohorts in Mexico. I adapted the Chandigarh syllabus for beginners, graduates and young professionals in India.
Why are there only eight students?
Because I want to see the work. Eight students gives us time to discuss mistakes, correct the task and make sure nobody disappears at the back of the room.
